The Citroën DS is regarded as one of the most revolutionary and forward-thinking cars ever built. Thanks to its futuristic design, hydropneumatic suspension and exceptional comfort, it set new standards in the automotive world during the 1950s and 1960s. In cabriolet form, the DS gains a particularly exclusive and elegant character, making it highly sought-after among collectors today.

Since August 2020, Citroën DS Manufaktur has been an exclusive partner of Chapron International and is therefore the only manufacturer worldwide producing DS convertibles under Chapron licence. The “Henri Chapron Series 2” is a tribute to the unique design of the original Citroën DS Cabriolets by Henri Chapron. As in Chapron’s time, customers have complete freedom in choosing the year of construction, model and colour configuration of their future vehicle. Exclusivity is ensured by a unique production number, a Chapron certificate and registration in the original Chapron register.
