This innovation contributed to Pierce-Arrow's most successful year ever, with nearly 10,000 cars sold in 1929. This momentum carried into 1930 with models like the Model B.

The Model B was part of a lineup that included the A, B, and C models, with the Model B serving as the mid-range option.
