The Ford Fairlane is a car model that was sold in 7 generations between 1955 and 1970. The name is derived from the estate that Henry Ford owned near Dearborn, Michigan. 4th generation. The name Fairlane, formerly used to define large cars (full-size), was applied in 1962 to designate medium-sized cars. It was therefore placed between the compact Falcon and the full-size Galaxy.
